Terms & Conditions — kera77 Player Agreement

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to hold an Account and use the kera77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from within Indonesian territory.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform for the purpose of criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of kera77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account on the kera77 platform closed for a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any affiliated platform.

kera77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player may hold one Account only on the kera77 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. Any changes must be communicated to kera77's support team promptly.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kera77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact kera77 support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, kera77 requires Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Required documents typically include a government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP), proof of bank account ownership, and, where applicable, proof of residential address. KYC is a one-time process; once your account is verified, standard withdrawals proceed without repeated document submission unless a risk review triggers re-verification.

All transactions on the kera77 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kera77 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. If a deposit is received in a currency other than IDR, kera77 reserves the right to convert at the prevailing exchange rate or reject the transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods: kera77 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may change without prior notice; Players should consult the Platform for the current list at the time of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 (or as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction).
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 (or as displayed on the withdrawal page).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: kera77 targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard withdrawals to supported bank accounts and e-wallets. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance, or where enhanced verification is required.
• Account Name Matching: The name on your kera77 Account must exactly match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions from accounts held in a third party's name will be rejected and may trigger a fraud review.
• Withdrawal Limits: kera77 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard. Limits may be adjusted following VIP status upgrades or at kera77's sole discretion.

kera77 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement. In such cases, kera77 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

kera77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term prevails.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Each bonus offer specifies the Player segment it is available to (e.g., new registrants, depositing players, VIP tier members). Attempting to claim a bonus for which you are not eligible may result in the cancellation of the bonus and, in cases of deliberate abuse, Account suspension.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Prohibited Bonus Strategies: Placing bets on opposite outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements (arbitrage or "bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited. kera77 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect such behaviour and reserves the right to void associated winnings and close the Account.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a specific bonus, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the cap derived solely from bonus play may not be withdrawable.
• Seasonal Promotions: kera77 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other occasions. These promotions carry their own specific terms and expiry dates.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the kera77 platform across all product categories, including sports betting (bandar bola — sportsbook markets), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot games. Product-specific rules are published in the relevant game lobby or sports section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number. kera77 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. kera77 reserves the right to limit stakes for individual Players or markets at its discretion.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports bets, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds accepted are those in effect at the precise moment the bet is confirmed by the system.
• Void Bets: kera77 may void a bet where an error in the odds or market data is identified, where an event is cancelled or abandoned, or where there is evidence of manipulation of the event outcome. Voided bets are refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided leg. If any leg loses, the entire accumulator is settled as a loss.
• Togel Draw Results: Togel results are determined by official draw outcomes as published by the relevant authorised draw organisation. kera77 displays all draw times and results in WIB (UTC+7).
• Manifest Errors: kera77 is not bound by any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input error. Any winnings derived from a manifest error will be voided after investigation.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the kera77 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or undisclosed errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith, where the corresponding funds have been wagered.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law, using VPN or proxy services to mask your actual location.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party, or accessing the Account of another Player without authorisation.

All content on the kera77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of kera77 or is licensed to kera77 by third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from kera77.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.
• Use kera77's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner without express written authorisation.

Game content is supplied by independent certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Their respective intellectual property rights remain with those studios.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kera77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, however caused and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary.
• Any action taken by kera77 in good faith to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, including account freezes or transaction holds.
• The content, practices, or policies of any third-party game provider whose products are accessible through the platform.

In any event, kera77's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.

kera77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, kera77 collects personal data that is necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and provide customer support. kera77 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and the process for exercising those rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

kera77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time from your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon closure, any remaining Balance that is not subject to an active investigation, pending wagering requirement, or dispute will be refunded to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

Termination by kera77: kera77 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if:

• You breach any material provision of this Agreement.
• kera77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity associated with your Account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Regulatory requirements or court orders mandate the closure of your Account.
• kera77 decides to cease operations or withdraw from a particular market segment.

Where an Account is closed by kera77 due to a material breach, any Balance derived from bonus winnings will be forfeited. Deposited funds not related to the breach will be returned to the verified payment method on file after investigation.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kera77 holds its international operating licence. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by kera77.

Nothing in this Agreement creates an obligation on kera77 to submit to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts. However, kera77 acknowledges that its platform is directed at Indonesian residents and is committed to engaging constructively with Player complaints before escalating to formal dispute resolution.

kera77 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. kera77 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in every jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. kera77 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
